Colorado has a program called RISE. This database tracks student growth at many different school districts and provides a tool where policymakers can see whether a program has been successful or not. Recently launched a school view portal where you can compare these same ideas. Only negative aspect is that it's password protected, but it has helped Colorado in making their students more college and career ready.
